All our projects are managed and carried out by Averile Ryder who has been in the human resources field for almost 30 years and has specialized in Remuneration during the last 10 years.
Prior to moving to Durban she enjoyed a successful career with Unilever as a Human Resources Manager for a number of their companies in Gauteng. Prior to joining Unilever she worked for the Urban Foundation and was tasked with drafting the first democratic non racial human resources policies and procedures manual. Also whilst in Gauteng she lectured for the IPM and was also the managing tutor for a number of their correspondence subjects/course materials. Averile consults to a large variety of organizations and has written numerous articles which have been published in various newspapers and human resource journals.

Averile makes extensive use of Industrial Psychology Interns and other undergraduate/diplomats who require work experience to assist her. Also if required, she has a data base of qualified Industrial Psychologists whom are associates and who are able to assist her with large projects.
