JULY 2010 - INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL NPO SALARY SURVEYS FOR ORGANISATIONS BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA
(Please note that this year professional membership associations and bargaining councils are also included and invited to submit their data)
We are happy to announce that Averile Ryder Reward Specialists will, for the eighth year, be carrying out a full remuneration and benefits survey for all International, Sub-Sahara Africa, Africa Region and Independent NGOs and State Funded Organizations based in South Africa during 2010. This year there will be two separate reports; one for International and Africa regional and one for Independent NGOs and State Funded organizations based in South Africa. The Reports will be made available in September 2010. The results reflected in the report will be as at 31 July 2010.
We have extensive experience in carrying out salary surveys in particular in the Non Profit Organizations Sector both within South Africa and the Southern African Region. Last year 84 Non Profit organizations participated in our salary survey. This year, our target is to get at least 75 Independent and / or State Funded organisations and 50 International and / or Southern African Region organizations to participate in these surveys.
Please note that Averile Ryder Reward Specialists ensures absolute confidentiality and under no circumstances will any individual organization information be disclosed by us to any other comparator participant organisation. THE DEADLINE FOR YOUR DATA INPUT IS 31 July 2010.
COST OF THE SURVEY
The cost of the survey report, including door to door courier fees but excluding VAT @ 14% for participant and non participant organizations is still as follows:

The report will be sent to you via door to door courier service during September / October 2010. Our handling and courier fee is included in the above prices
